Chickenhead Knob for Roland SP-404 MKII

Model Description

Custom chickenhead-style replacement knobs for Roland SP404, designed as a two-part assembly to fit the indented potentiometer area while maintaining the classic aesthetic of vintage guitar amplifiers.

Build Instructions

1. Print both parts (inner stem mount and outer chickenhead) at 0.2mm layer height in PLA without supports
2. Consider adding a brim to the inner piece for better bed adhesion
3. Ensure correct orientation when assembling (the outer piece can be rotated incorrectly)
4. Optionally glue both parts together for permanent assembly
5. Press-fit onto SP404 potentiometer stems

I have included the STEP file as well as my Fusion design file. Feel free to modify the stand as you please.
