Description
This is a 45 tooth gear for the EMCO FB2 milling machine. I have modelled the complete gear avoiding the need for the central metal part allowing quick replacement. This is a direct replacement for the original TUFNOL gear.
It has a tight interference fit on the shaft, all measurements taken directly from EMCOs own parts list. The gear meshes well with the motor and I've had no issues so far, I have printed in PETG.
