had 2 failures on the right hand side ear where the supports just broke off on the exact same sport on two different printers. resized and rescaled and printed perfectly afterwards.

Hi, it's unfortunate what happened. It was printed on an X1C without any problems, but it's true that it's just for the ear. I'll do an update. Thanks for your feedback.

Hello and thank you, normally if the bed adhesion is good the supports shouldn't fail, you can increase the support angle if you are printing on a machine with a sliding bed, I will look into making an update soon
