Chain Tensioner CO2 Laser Z-Axis

I designed the chain tensioner to tension the chain of the Z-axis on a Vevor CO2 laser, as the manufacturer did not offer the possibility to re-tension it. Due to the long distances, the chain sagged relatively far.

Additionally needed:
1x M8x40 with outer hexagon
1x M8 washer
1x M8 nut
1x M6x50 outer hexagon
1x M6 washer
1x M6 nut
2x ABEC-5 ball bearings 20x7mm
4x M4x15 cylinder head with inner hexagon
4x M4 washers

The M8 screw is for the roller with 2x ball bearings to mount it on the slide.
The M6 screw is for the base plate to pull the slide
The M4 are for the base plate to screw it to the bottom.

Dimension:
Base plate approx. 95x60mm
Slide approx. 70x30mm
Roller approx. Ø50mm
Tensioning range approx. 35mm

Good luck with printing and have fun with the product.
