solder flux and glue extruder for 10cc syringe

a manual extruder for solder flux, solder paste, glue and others. compatible for the 10cc syringe only.

to complete this model, 5 metal pins are needed, which are:

• Φ3*26mm, 2pcs
• Φ3*12mm, 2pcs
• Φ3*19mm, 1pc

it is not recommended to use printed part instead.

to achieve the best performance, the holes and axes in this model are designed in minimal tolerance. it is highly recommended to pre-drill all the moving holes with a 3mm twist bit before assembly. 

due to the build in spring, one should use PETG to print this model. PLA is not recommended.

how to use:

notice: there is a plunger in this model which is designed for the 10cc syringe. if one have problem with the original one, it can be used as a replacement for better solidity. two 14*1.2mm silicon O-rings are needed in this case.
