Though named for cats, these tile cats subtly incorporate the tiger, drawing upon the tiger's fierce and fearless nature to achieve their protective purpose. In ancient China, the earliest door gods used to ward off evil were Shen Tu and Yu Lei, later evolving into Qin Qiong and Yuchi Gong during the Tang dynasty. The door gods were responsible for capturing ghosts, while the task of eliminating them fell to the tiger—the door gods would "deliver the ghosts to be fed to the tiger." The tile cat, designed with a form both feline and tiger-like, perched high atop the roof, guards the home and yard, consuming any encroaching evil spirits. These protective tile cats, with their awe-inspiring designs, exhibit remarkable artistic vitality.
The model is simple to print and ready for immediate printing; both PLA and PETG filaments are perfectly compatible.
