Description
An updated take on a traditional tool. Wooden darning eggs were used to hold fabric in a double-curved position for mending. This one is designed to more closely mimic the shape of a foot, with a toe end and a heel end, as well as a flat section for mending garments other than socks. It is sized to slightly stretch most adult socks; print it at a reduced or increased size as needed. Place a rubber band or tie a short piece of yarn around either groove or under the darning egg to secure your work.
Stop spending money on bad socks every time they wear out - keep your good socks on your feet and out of the landfill!
