I liked your design, however, I needed it for a standard american closet rod, So I have modified it with a different hook. This will fit rods up to 1 3/8" or 35mm diameter. With your permission I would post the .3mf and .stl files with a link to your project as the original source.

It doesn't fit the rod in my closet. It would be better if you had prepared a few different dimensions for the handle itself. But the idea and the print itself are interesting and aesthetically pleasing, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

Expanding the entire structure in Bambu Studio doesn't solve the problem. I'm referring to the size of the handle itself, which is mounted on a tube in a wardrobe or closet. The spaces for attaching straps are fine. Enlarging the entire structure, therefore, won't be beneficial, as other dimensions that are currently appropriate will also change.
