Having expanded my presence in the 3D printing business, I needed an elegant business card holder.

Inspired by a similar, yet suboptimal design, I developed this model (optimized for cards measuring 55 x 85 mm).

The base is more refined and stylistically consistent with the upper section. Moreover, the cards are displayed at a 45° angle, enhancing their visual appeal.

Tip: Printing in two contrasting colors creates a truly sophisticated impression…

Happy printing…

Hi, that looks "interesting" 😉. I would guess it's related to cooling, as it managed the overhang quite well in parts. Try placing it closer to the cooler (perpendicular to the airflow, so that it catches both slopes well) and possibly leave the door open

Great print. Excellent design. Printed entirely in black and painted it myself. Thanks

Bed Adhesion Issue:I’m not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings or disrespect anyone’s work. I truly like this design because it’s unique! It’s angled approach and the honeycomb effect makes it look most appealing! The slicing of dual colored filament is an issue that I had to learn about the hard way. 19 hours is a long time for any project! It was knocked loose at 10% or less(510/596). I’m happy it printed out that far enough to use. Dual color is in my opinion, the best quality, but in truth; it is a waste! both in time and filament. I think the future of 3d printing will need to rethink the dual color scheme. Thank you for sharing your design!

Hello, you are very welcome However with this object the contact surface to the plate is very large so bed adhesion problems are not due to the design or the profile As a tip I recommend thoroughly cleaning the print plate once with warm water and dish soap Afterward do not touch it with your fingers as that leaves greasy spots Then it should adhere without problems And yes printing two colors without H2D unfortunately takes a very long time ;-(

I said the same thing in my comment and it got reported and removed. I guess we have to always just say perfect print. I didn’t say nothing bad cool design still. I just said something about the color switch time

Replying to @Kirk2626 :
i know right?! but I don’t care because I’m a retired soldier who has been in combat for many years and now I have a great excuse to be honest and not care what anyone else says or thinks!

Very satisfied, had a small setting problem briefly, but it was my own fault 😂 Thanks for the design 👍🏼

I love the design, but 11 hours wow, and to top it off, a lot of filament went into the poops. But I repeat, the design is incredible

Hi, but I can't do anything about poor print bed adhesion, can I?!? The contact surface is quite large with this model. I recommend thorough cleaning, possibly spray adhesive on the print plate
