Wall Mount for Mammotion RTK Station – an extremely stable four-part solution

This specially designed wall mount enables secure and optimized fastening of the Mammotion RTK Station. The fixed distance of 13 cm from the wall (wall to edge of the RTK Station) significantly improves reception, as the station is mounted higher and more freely.

🔧 Mount details:

• Wall mounting with 4 countersunk M5 screws (square arrangement, 80 mm spacing).
• Four-part design: wall mount, adapter elements, and an integrated fastening nut for stable connection of the RTK Station.
• Secure hold: The station is firmly fixed via the fastening nut.
• Concealed cable routing: The cable is elegantly routed inside the mount directly into the wall.
• Material: High-strength ABS-GF (glass fiber reinforced ABS) for maximum stability.
• Connecting the elements: With M5x30 countersunk screws and 8 embedded M5 threaded inserts.
• Clean aesthetics: Separate plugs made of TPU cover all screw connections.

🖨️ Printing recommendation:

• Main parts from ABS-GF (a robust PETG is also possible as an alternative)
• Print plugs separately from flexible TPU

• Layer height: 0.2 mm (higher is also possible)

   

The first print plate contains the vertical support onto which the RTK Station is screwed, the intermediate piece into which the threaded inserts are embedded, and the wall mount. The second print plate contains the 4 short and 4 long plugs for the screw holes. These prevent insects from nesting. 

To route the RTK cable inside, I had to drill an 18mm hole in the wall. I additionally sealed this from the inside with another plug, which is located on print plate 2.
