Headset press tool with/without KnockBlock
Print Profile(3)

Bill of Materials
Description
This model is designed for pressing headsets into the frame. Fit has been tested with Acros and Cane Creek headsets
There are three print profiles. One is for headsets WITHOUT KnockBlock. The second print profile is for headsets WITH KnockBlock. For this KnockBlock model, there is another print profile where gluing the parts together is not necessary. Here, the part is printed complete and supported by supports
The KnockBlock variant should also be suitable for cables running through your headset
Boost Me (for free)
If you like the model and the instructions, I would be very happy about likes and boosts
You will also need an M10 threaded rod, 2x M10 nuts including washers with 30mm
Simply glue the printed parts together with super glue or 2-part epoxy. Before that, I sanded the adhesive surface a bit on a flat surface for a better fit
The half with the grooves is intended for the bearings and bearing cups, and the other half without the grooves is for insertion into the frame. This reduces bearing tension during pressing
The thin rings are used for Acros ZS44 bearings
I recommend PETG filament
I hope it works for you and saves your butt ;D
