This specially designed snail trap combines sophisticated design with ease of use.
The construction consists of several functional elements:
- Roof: Protects the catching bowl from rain and keeps the attractant effective for longer.
- Catching bowl: This is where attractant (snail pellets) is added to lure snails.
- Central pillar: Stabilizes the roof and keeps it securely over the catching bowl.
- Ground spike: The pointed foot allows for easy insertion of the trap directly into the bed or lawn. This keeps the trap securely anchored in the ground even in windy conditions.
Application:
Simply press the lower spike into the ground, add some attractant to the bowl – done! The snails are attracted by the scent, crawl into the bowl and can thus be kept away from the vegetable patch in an environmentally friendly and effective way.
