We have converted our 10m compressed air system at our shooting range to DISAG electronics. We still have many surplus technical targets from our pull system that we did not want to discard.

However, the targets cannot be inserted directly into the measuring frame. The passe-partout of the measuring frame is larger and holes are needed for fastening.

Therefore, I have created this cutting stencil. The original DISAG passe-partout is inserted here and slotted along the long edges of the small triangles. This allows any standard target to be inserted and used.

For the lower part, I used 2 layers of TPU to achieve a certain non-slip property of the stencil during cutting. The remaining layers are PETG HF, as PET prints well on TPU. I printed the actual stencil from PETG CF, which is somewhat more cut-resistant.

To protect the shell from cuts, I cut a cutting mat from a Swedish furniture store.
