Print Profile(1)

Description
An innovative Twist and Click retractable EDC pen that is similar in size to the Pilot G2 mini but uses the standard Pilot G2 insert for longer writing life. Its barrel is only 10mm in diameter and the longest length is only 118mm, very suitable for using as an EDC pen.
It do not has complex mechanisms but have the advantages from both the Twist and Click design.
Unlike the traditional twist mechanism, it offers quick one-handed operation. The main downside to the click mechanism is that it’s easy to accidentally deploy the refill into your pocket or bag. With the locking mechanism, this problem is eliminated
Before installing the refill, you need to cut the two support wires in the pen barrel as shown in the figure. The reason I added these two wires is because some filaments don't handle the tiny overhangs well and ruin the print even though I have added supports when printing. These two strings provide much more tolerance.

You can follow the GIF for installation.
The twist of the pen is divided into 3 zones. Exit zone, Lock zone, and Operating zone.
- Exit zone to install and remove refills
- Lock zone is used to lock the pen to prevent accidental deploy of the refill. When in the Lock zone, a symbol will appear in the viewing window
- Operating zone is used to extend and retract the pen tip
Use push and turn motion to switch to other zone
Exit -> clockwise -> Lock -> clockwise –> Operating
Push and turn clockwise to deploy the refill, Push and turn counter-clockwise to retract.
Operating -> counter-clockwise -> Lock -> counter-clockwise -> Exit
Unload the cap and replace refill
**Scarf seam is implemented in the print profile, it will reduce the visibility of seams on the barrel and cap.
