Key Features:
🔩 Modular Threaded Assembly
Features precision-engineered screw threading connections that allow full disassembly/reassembly. Most components can be repeatedly detached and reconnected without damage - perfect for compact storage or dynamic display arrangements.
🖇️ Simplified Construction
Requires minimal adhesive (only a slide fit need glue)
Primary components are secured via threaded fasteners and removable dowel pins.
Required Hardware:
⚙️ Fastener Kit (Not Included)
• 4x M3×5×4.5 heat-set insert nuts (recommend installation with soldering iron)
• 2x M3.5×18 Binding Barrels and Screws
（If you have difficulty finding such screws locally, I also uploaded another version of grid panels with M4*16 socket head screws）
• 4x M3×6 flat-head machine screws
• 3x M2×14 screws and nuts
Optional:
2x M4*16 socket head screws and nuts
Printing Recommendations:
Optimized Profile
• Primary material: PETG (default structural material)
• Interface strategy: H2D printer profile with PLA support interface for superior underside surface quality
• Layer Height: 0.16-0.2mm for threaded components
