New (July 2026): Reworked the sliders to fit and slide more smoothly

This is a headband that can be folded and size adjusted, inspired by Sennheiser PX100. It is designed primarly for Koss KSC75 cans but can be used with the following headphones. Don't forget to download/print correct adapters for the model of headphones unless you're using a KSC75

- MoonDrop Old Fashioned (download MoonDrop adapter here)
- Sennheiser PX100 (by moving its drivers into custom cans here)
You need four “M2x6mm” screws for assembly. Here's the assembly video;
There are also travel cases you can print and use.
You'll find the recommended STL files in the download. There's also “Customizations.zip” that allow you to download customized versions of the files, such as sliders that provide lower/higher pressure on the ears, a longer comfort strap or KSC75 pins that fit tighter to the driver.

note: the “KOSS” logo on the travel case is not included in the files, don't want to violate trademarks and get the model removed unintentionally.

Default Print Profiles
If you don't want to think about the customization options just use the print profiles. They have all the parts with their recommended versions, including the KSC75 adapters. I've added brim to some parts to prevent the occasional warping I encountered. If you have other headphones or want to customize further continue reading below for customized printing.

Customized Printing
Here are all the part descriptions if you want to customize the headband further to your liking.

1. Print the Arch and the Arms.
- Arch.stl
- Arm-Left.stl
- Arm-Right.stl
2. Print 2 of the sliders. The recommended version is the “Low Pressure” version, but check alternative stl files under “Customizations” for higher/lower pressure options.

3. Finally, print two housings.
- Housing.stl (x2)
4. (Optional) - Print the Comfort Strap out of TPU. The headband works just as well without the comfort strap, so this is optional.

To attach KSC75 cans to the headband
Print 2 pins. The recommended version is "Pin-KSC75-Tight.stl", but there are 2 other versions under “Customizations” that make an even tighter fit to the drivers.

Print two adapter pins from the remix below. The recommended version is “Pin-PortaPro-Standard.stl”.
