Description

Since the bracket offered by KTM, which is attached to the handlebar clamp, is simply too expensive (https://tinyurl.com/2bqjp8cq), I designed my own mount.
I also created an elevation so that I don't always have to look vertically downwards when riding off-road. It doesn't improve this significantly, but a little.

In my configuration with PUIG windscreen, the GPS sits exactly on the edge, but it can of course also be used with the OEM version without windscreen.

I used PLA for my print.
I also used PLA for the base plate, but with PETG for the interface layer to create a clean adhesive surface.

I then glued the holders in with epoxy resin (in my case the 10° inclination)

However, the profile also includes 0°, 5°, 10° and 15°.

I secured the screws with Loctite as I didn't want to put the PLA through the required 20 Nm.

When I print the holder again, I will switch to ABS and the required 20Nm
