My client owns a Madone SLR bike from Trek Bikes. He wanted to use the Handlebar from a Trek Madone SLR Gen 7 while the rest of the bike was from Madone SLR Gen 6. My job was to create an adaptor to use a series 7 handle on a series 6 bike.

Both the series 7 bike and the series 6 bike use different plastic parts that attach the handlebar to the rest of the bike. I was able to design a part that acts as an adaptor that allowed him to attach the series 7 handle onto a series 6.

This part is not something that gets put under a lot of pressure, so i felt comfortable printing it in PLA.

How to assemble

you need to angle them to snap them together. Put them in a X position and the will combine
