✍️ Description:

This universal spool adapter is designed to fit small 250g filament spools on standard spool holders made for 1kg spools, ensuring a stable, centered, and wobble-free fit.

 

🔧 Designed for:

  • Inner diameter of small spool: ~40 mm
  • Outer diameter of large spool holder: ~200 mm
  • Width: Adapter fits widths up to 60 mm (adjusted to your spool width)

🛠️ No tools or screws required – just slide the adapter into the spool and you're ready to print.

Ideal for filament samples, small rolls, and spool holders including AMS and external mounts.

🔧 Print Recommendations:

  • Supports: ❌ Not required
  • Material:
    • PET-G is preferred if you want to use the adapter in a filament dryer (but prolonged heat exposure is still not recommended).
    • PLA is also suitable for standard usage only (no dryer)
  • Infill: 10–15%
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm
  • Print Time: ~3–5 hours (varies by printer)
  • Orientation: Print flat
