Cytron MDDS30 Mounting Enclosure

Specially designed to hold the Cytron SmartDriveDuo MDDS30 motor driver, this enclosure brings a perfect balance between form and function:

🌬️ Cooling-ready base – includes dedicated space underneath for the fan recommended by Cytron
⚙️ Quick installation – designed with practical mounting holes and tight alignment

🛠️ This model was custom-designed by me for a commercial project commissioned by an external company.
🤖 It is currently used inside the control cabinet of a mobile robot, where it ensures reliable mounting and protection in real operating conditions.

Whether you're building a robot, a CNC controller, or a mechatronic test rig – this enclosure makes your setup cleaner, safer, and more professional-looking.

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 2–3 perimeters
• Infill: 30% or more (depending on use-case)
• 🧷 No supports required – prints clean and fast
• Compatible with: PLA, PETG (adjust print temps accordingly)
• ⏱️ Optimized for high precision – use slower speeds for best fit


🎨 Feel free to customize colors, print speed, infill, or wall thickness – your print, your rules!
 

✅ The model has been tested with the standard MDDS30 board and fits snugly out of the box.
