Description
This design facilitates mounting two 45 mm fans onto the ventilation intake of an NVIDIA Tesla P100 graphics card, significantly enhancing airflow in computationally intensive applications or servers lacking dedicated active GPU cooling.
The adapter secures via three M3-0.5x10 mm screws at predefined points on the heatsink, ensuring stable mounting without card modification.
Physically tested on a vertically oriented Tesla P100, validating precise fit and improved thermal performance under load. It is designed for widely available 45×45×11 mm, 12 VDC fans. The fans require no mounting screws; their snug fit obviates this. Both should be connected in parallel, observing correct polarity.
The file includes optimized orientation and minimal supports (only from the bed), simplifying printing and mitigating warping. Recommended for systems with forced airflow or server rack modifications.
Compatible with SXM and PCIe versions of the Tesla P100 (verify available space before printing).

- Material: PLA
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Supports: Only from the bed
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Speed: Standard (50–70 mm/s)
- Bed adhesion: Recommended (brim)
