Assembly doesn't require any glue or additional tools. Just push the bearing into the hole in the castle part and it should tightly fit. Then push the bottom part through the bearing's hole and just screw the knight to it. Enjoy your d20 wheel!
It spins for 30 seconds on average according to my testing when you properly spin it. So spins quite nicely and stable. If you don't want it to spin that much, you can just screw the knight further to adjust the stiffness.
