Porco Rosso Savoia S21 Multicolor Airplane
Print Profile(3)

Description
New multicolor AMS version of Porco Rosso's signature seaplane, the Savoia S21!
While the original version looks great when painted, I wanted to get as close as possible to the film look only using my printer. I colored the model and split it into pieces to optimize color printing and reduce waste. There will be a seam line apparent on the bottom, but this was a compromise to vastly reduce the number of color changes.
"A pig's gotta fly."
This model requires glue to assemble.
Included
Plane pieces
Two versions of construction dowels (test for smooth seam before gluing)
Extra tail tip (in case yours breaks off)
Two optional stands (straight and angled pose)
Optional variant: Split vertical wing
- This will result in a much smoother wing surface, but you will have to glue the pieces together and will have a prominent seam line
- It will be much easier to remove supports from this version
Original model included in case you want to cut it yourself (make sure to add a second pontoon)
Profile Versions
Due to the nature of multicolor prints, smaller layers will cause more changes, poop, and time. To address this I have included multiple print profiles with different layer heights so you can choose the level of quality to poop tradeoff you are happy with.
Pictured model was printed at 0.08mm quality on A1.
