No one else had made one of these so decided to give it a shot.
I offset 0.15mm on each face to allow for clearance, fits snug and perfect. But please keep this in mind before printing.
I printed in PLA so keep this in mind. If you need a different offset, please comment and I'll try to upload it.

Here are my print settings if you would like to copy.
Nozzle - 0.4mm
Layer Height - 0.20 mm
Line Width - 0.42 mm
Wall loops - 3
Infill - Gyroid
Infill Percentage - 15%
