Description
I made this planter specifically for my wife who wanted something nice to re-plant peace lily into. Her poor plant has been struggling for a while now and I thought it deserved a nicer home. My goal was to make a modern looking planter with clean lines that could blend into most decor. I designed it with a functional drip tray printed separately in a contrasting color to make it a bit more interesting looking. The planter was designed to be nearly the maximum size of my a P1/X1 bed, but can easily be scaled to almost any size and still print nicely. The model prints easily and requires no support material. The interior surface is a simple rounded shape without the exterior design internally to make it easier to work with.
I have also designed a complementary narrower version that is basically the same design just more teardrop shaped that I will probably be posting separately soon.
