Radiomaster GX12 Kickstand
Print Profile(1)

Description
I don't like the design of the OEM stand so I designed my own. Here were my design criteria:
- Low profile, minimize impact to grip when in use, minimize space for travel and storage
- Prints without support
- Does not hinder any other functionality (module use, port access)
- No extra hardware required (one exception)
- Sturdy
- No branding
After several rounds of design and many prototypes I came up with something I'm quite happy and maybe others will like it too. I've successfully printed it in PLA and PETG, but I'd expect other materials to work as well.
I included 4 parts, 1 leg and 3 different sized bases but you only need one. I found different filaments had different tolerances so one filament would produce a smooth moving hinge while another would produce a very loose hinge. My solution is to provide 3 bases with different sized hinges. I suggest you print the leg and the centre base, if it's too loose then print the smaller one to the right, if it's too tight, print the bigger one to the left. Or just print all of them and see which one fits your needs best.
I suggest printing the leg with a brim to avoid lifting and for better adhesion. Otherwise I just used Bambu's 0.20 mm Strength presets.
If you want to keep the original cloth handle, you'll need longer screws, I found M3x12's worked well.
If you have thoughts or ideas on how to improve this design I'm open to suggestions.
If you do print this, please leave feedback (constructive positive or negative are welcome) and rate this object.
I had a few requests for a more rounded leg so I uploaded an alternative leg called "Leg - Rounded.stl".
