Description

I got a second hand monitor and it was missing the Vesa adapter, so I made this today. 

The following models is used to adapt the Samsung Odyssey interface of the monitor from the original configuration of the original arm to the more common Vesa 100x100. I printed mine in black PLA-CF for high rigidity.

The default profile uses 100% infill though the critical load path, and 15% infill for the rest. This results in less material use, while being more than strong enough to hold up a 20+kg monitor.

This is the 3rd version of the model.
 

There are versions that just use all the original size of bolts, (4x M4-10) and then there are stronger versions that use (4x M4-25) bolts instead. There are also versions that have the bolts tap into the plastic (was still plenty strong) and then versions that use captive hex nuts for even more strength

  • 4x M4-10 for the Vesa interface
  • 4x M4-10 or optionally M4-25 for the monitor interface
  • 4x M5 nuts (optional)
