Description
This are replacement 4D armrests for the ergonomic Haworth Comforto 59 office chair.
I was fed up with the tearing of the silicone, exposing the yellow padding of the original arm rests, so I designed these resplacements.
Keep in mind the left and right are different, choose the correct buildplate from my profile!
I've designed and oriented the arm rests to be printed standing at the back where you would have the least burden from posible sharp edges. This orientation will resolve some overhangs. I've added a little fuzzy skin to make them feel nicer and non sticking on bare arms and eliminate the visibility of layer lines. I've printed them in (black) Bambu PETG HF for some extra strength and durability over PLA.
Clean the build plate with dish soap and water before printing to aid adhesion of the first layer!
The 3 original screws per side will self tap in the replacement arm rests.
