As a kid, I always wished that L3G0 Star Wars weapons looked more like the ones in the movies. The standard blasters and lightsabers were fun, but they often lacked the detail and accuracy I imagined. Luckily, with 3D printing, fans can now create custom weapons that closely resemble those from the films, adding a whole new level of realism to their L3G0 collections. From finely detailed blaster rifles to uniquely shaped lightsaber hilts, the possibilities are endless. It's amazing how technology has made it easier than ever to bring these small but important details to life. I hope you like it!

I made these models using the A1 Mini printer with both 0.2mm and 0.4mm nozzles. The difference in detail is negligible. 

One of the most important steps is carefully removing the support elements to avoid damaging the small parts. 

Most of my failed prints were due to poor build plate adhesion, which is a common issue in 3D printing. 

Ensuring a properly leveled bed and using the right adhesive solutions can make a big difference. Despite the challenges, the results are worth it when everything comes out just right!

I recommend this build plates for better bed adhesion. Because i have got a lot of failed prints with the standard textured pie build plate: BIQU Panda BuildPlate CryoGrip / BIQU CryoGrip Pro Glacier Buildplate

(I also printed these models with a resin printer to compare the results. Resin printing offers the highest level of detail and precision, making it the best option for small, intricate designs like these. If accuracy is the top priority, I definitely recommend using a resin 3D printer. However, I understand that not everyone has access to one or wants to deal with the extra setup, post-processing, and handling of resin. In that case, the FDM-printed versions are still a great alternative.)
