Scope Parallax / Turret pointer - fixed and adjustable - 25mm, 30mm and 34mm

A range of fixed and adjustable scope parallax / turret pointers to suit 25mm, 30mm and 34mm scope tube diameters.

Should be printed in flexible material, ideally PETG. PLA will work, but will break if stretched over the scope too often.

Support not really needed, but if used can make the underside a little neater. I'd suggest using PLA as support for PETG prints, or Bambu support. I've included the correct support settings for PLA to support PETG in the print profile

Other items needed:

M3 x 12 bolt to fasten the pointer on the scope

M3 lock nut - note the model is designed to hold the nut captive, so the nut needs a firm push to fit

0.8mm thick pin. I use stainless steel remote control model rods, or you could just use a paper clip

For the adjustable pointers you'll also need:

M3 x 18 bolt to fasten the adjustable section

M3 lock nut

The 0.8mm pin is a fiction fit, just hold it in vice / pair of pliers and push. Be careful, don't put your finger / thumb on the inside of the pointer ring, if the rod slips through the PETG you'll skewer your finger, I did it hurt. I now use a wooden dowel to push against. If you want you can also glue the pin in place, super glue or I prefer GS Hypo cement

An optional item if you want the pin to stand out more visibly, is to strip the plastic covering from a coloured paperclip and slide that over the pin.
