Description

Remix of captain_pants SimHub Seat Belt roller to suit Trakracer Seat.

This is modeled for the GT fixed seat, unsure if will fit other Trakracer or any other sim seats.

this was remixed with Bambu studio as unable to remix in Fusion, but it works.

Used PLA for the holder and PETG-CF for the Rollers

PETG would be find for all parts

M8 Hex bolts to hold the rollers on, any length will do but longer the better. The inner roller isnt tapped but the bolts screwed in fine.

608zz bearing and M4x20mm for the bearing holder.

Solution adaptable to the Trak Racer Rally seat thanks to the addition of a small wedge between the seat's harness passage and the support. Works perfectly, thank you for this great work!!

Hello, did you modify the file? Or can the directly downloaded file support this seat?

Hi, no modification for me, Just add two wedge printed in PLA on each side to compensate the angle. That’s it.

Hi, You can use directly the file. For more stability when the belt is taut, I have print a small wedge slipped between the part and the seat.

Fits perfectly on the Trakracer seat. Do not overtighten the screws for clamping the bearings, otherwise the parts can break

Fits pretty good on the NRG-FRP-300B but rollers sit at a slight angle. quality of print is good. didn’t have an issue printing but to clean it up it could use a support at the inner overhangs for the “clips” that hook into the seatbelt holes of the seat.

On the trak racer seat the rollers are straight so maybe needs a "packer" under one side on your to straighten up. I did print with and without supports on the "clips" and it didnt make much difference so i left it out of the profile. But glad you like it and thanks

yup it’s not sweat I use belts without a tensioner so it doesn’t effect me in a negative way just wanted to let others know it could work with the seat. and you are correct. it created no issue with printing it was only a minor cosmetic thing without the supports and it’s on the side your back covers when sitting so it’s not a big deal at all. overall awesome file great job and thank you!

The pictures are really the instructions, no washers needed just the bearings and bolts.

Nice remix! The original is working great for me in all PLA and quite high belt tension on my Recaro.
