This modular rail system is designed for lightweight sliding applications such as curtains, drapes, and fabric displays. The current 15cm version features a center screw hole for secure mounting and easy connection. Ideal for short-distance DIY projects and light-duty applications.
⚠️ Avoid hanging heavy items to prevent imbalance or damage. PLA is suitable for general use; for heat resistance and high strength, PETG or ABS is recommended.
📦 25cm version coming soon: Will feature screw holes at both ends for enhanced rigidity, along with front/back "bottle-cap style" end modules for improved structural integrity.

- Key Points:
- Print the rail vertically, with the groove facing down, and enable supports to ensure print quality.
- Recommended screw nut diameter: ≤4mm, counterbore depth: 1.5mm. Use Bambu Lab's default AI print settings.
- Other:
- Use a 0.28mm layer height to increase print speed.
- Material: PLA; PETG or ABS can be used for increased toughness and heat resistance.
- Color and reinforcement settings (wall count/infill density) are customizable.

This modular rail system is designed for lightweight sliding use, such as curtains, door drapes, and fabric displays. The current 15cm version includes a center screw hole for stable mounting and easy assembly.
📦 25cm version coming soon: Features screw holes on both ends to improve rigidity, plus “bottle-cap style” start/end modules for cleaner structure and finishing.
