Boost Me (for free)

Boosting is free and shows my wife I'm cool online

Was sick of messing with the flimsy box it came in and didn’t wanna use a sleeve since I like to carry extra end caps, the tools, and an extra muzzle device just because. Printed in ABS with a felt bottom/sides so no rattling/marring. Lid is a snap-in lid to help with longevity - printed hinges don’t typically last long. Case slides in my gun bag nice and flush and is quiet. Please note the dimensions of the dividers. This is meant for a silencerCo omega 36m but may fit other suppressors.

You will need:

10x M4 nuts

10X M4x8 screws

Felt sheets (if you want to add felt)

Felt sheets can be found here: https://a.co/d/hLlzs2V

Once everything is printed place one sheet of felt on the “bottom_box_bottom”. Cut any excess. Ensure the felt is only on the inside bottom surface and does not touch any of the walls.

Carefully line the invidiual dividers with felt if desired. This is time consuming, and there's no real easy way to do it. Get a nice sharp exact-o knife and go to town.

I used a heatgun lightly over all of the adhesive felt and pressed down firmly for a few seconds. This helps the adhesive stick to the 3d prints.

Place the bottom_box_middle over the dividers, sandwiching the dividers between itself and the bottom_box_bottom. Insert the 10x m4 screws and you're done!

No glue required, no supports required. Printing should be fairly straight forward.

update 4/22

Added smaller version which includes magnet pockets for the lid. (for 6mm diameter x 2mm height neodynium magnets to be glued in)
