Waterproof box for Hiking

Greetings everyone, I am pleased to present my latest creation, released under a Free commercial License.

This small, waterproof box will keep your essential hiking gear dry. I have designed it in two sizes to cater to various needs; the smaller one holds matches or banknotes, while the larger one accommodates cotton swabs, three AAA batteries for your headlamp, and more.

It opens with a quarter turn, and the three-thread design ensures effortless printing and exceptional durability.

Feel free to adjust the proportions in your Bambu slicer to meet your specific requirements.

You can print a TPU gasket; it's optional but guarantees perfect water and dust sealing.

For my presentation models, I used PLA Glow, and the results are quite pleasing. Feel free to experiment with different colors and materials (PETG, ABS, etc.)—it's a very simple, support-free print.

I've included a robust attachment ring, allowing you to easily attach a carabiner and keep the box readily accessible on your backpack.

My print settings utilize variable layer heights for optimal results. If you alter the proportions, this setting will be removed. Simply refer to the model to reinstate the layer heights to their original positions.
