Yarforce motor adapter SA on classic 500B

Yarforce SA series motor adapter (highly reliable) for Classic 500B and Xpower 800 models.

You will need to use 4 M4x30mm screws and 4 M4 nylstop nuts to secure the motor to the adapter; however, using the original screws works fine without any modification to the adapter.

!!!WARNING!!!! This modification involves modifying the chassis, and you may void the warranty.

Furthermore, when using tools to drill holes, I recommend using gloves and safety glasses to avoid injury.

To install, you will need to:

• open the mower
• disconnect all the motherboard plugs
• remove the electronics
• remove the battery
• remove the weight fixed in the mower
• remove the rear wheel motors
• drill two 40mm diameter holes (with a hole saw) (a drilling jig for centering is being designed)
• assemble the SA series motors onto the adapter
• attach the assembly to the chassis
• reassemble everything.
  
  This model is likely to evolve soon, I suggest using PET/ABS, PLA is possible but I don't know the long-term durability. I also recommend using 5 perimeters and 5 solid layers on top AND bottom, to strengthen the part as there is considerable stress involved.
