Handsome Boatward – The Cursed Benchy Remix

My second-ever original 3D model — Handsome Squidward meets classic Benchy.

This remix fuses meme glory with functional chaos. It looks like it shouldn’t print (especially the clarinet and face overhangs), but with supports enabled and a bit of cleanup underneath, it works surprisingly well.

Printed and tested using Bambu PLA Matte on a textured PEI plate. This model definitely benefits from tree or angled supports under the chin, clarinet, and arms.

I’m still learning, so I’d love constructive feedback or help on future ideas — and trust me, I’ve got a whole list of cursed remix projects coming.

Printing Tips:

• Supports required (overhangs and clarinet will fail otherwise)
• Floating region warning in slicer is expected — just clean up the bottom post-print
• Clarinet back end may need added support or slight repositioning if droop appears
• Optional brim or skirt recommended for added adhesion on some beds
