Funny Beaker Muppet Multicolor Model No AMS Needed
I designed this "Beaker" Muppet model in Tinkercad as a fun project. I designed all the parts separately so those without AMS can make it as well. This is scaled at 250% at about 5 ½ inches tall
This model will require some gluing on the nose and white eyeballs. The black eye pupils seems to snap into the eye holes snugly, so its up to you if you want to glue them..
*** WARNING you may need a glove or a rag to work the hair onto the head, it fits very tight and is very sharp!! PLEASE USE CAUTION SO YOU DONT HURT YOURSELF!! I WAS ABLE TO USE A WAD OF PAPER TOWELS TO PROTECT MY HAND AS SEEN IN PICS ***
The hair is the toughest part and you will most likely get stringing but it can be hit very briefly with a lighter or heat gun. The supports in the hair can be removed with needle nose pliers or your cutters. Find the part where it has the 2 holes where the eyes will go and grap part of support with pliers peel it down and away in a rolling motion continue to go around the hair with the pliers in the same downward rolling motion and it should pop out after a few tries (you may loose small chunks of the hair but nothing important.
The hair should align with the little point of hair between the eyes. (will most likely not need glue as it fits very tight)
Put some glue in the 2 nose dents and around the eye sockets and nose socket. Carefully slide nose into socket with eyes at the same time and kind of maneuver them to where everything fits comfortably, then hold it all for a minute or so until glue dries.
