Xreal one nose pads + light shade
Print Profile(1)

Description
Presented here are nose pads and a light shade designed for the Xreal One
Should you find the original nose pads lacking in secure retention, kindly consider utilizing these
Furthermore, the projection surface is likely to be positioned marginally lower compared to the original component
The light shade is meticulously engineered to minimize peripheral visual distractions and substantially mitigate ambient light infiltration

Due to the projection plane being excessively downward-biased, the height of the nose pads has been reduced
Concurrently, the shield has undergone subtle trimming and a minor alteration in its contour to preclude impingement upon the nose pads
Moreover, the nose pad's angle has been rendered adjustable to forestall any nasal discomfort
※2025/6/3
Upon printing with PLA, the cylindrical segment connecting to the nose pads demonstrated a propensity for fracturing; consequently, the print orientation and cylinder dimensions have been revised
Further refinements have been implemented Kindly twist and insert the nose pads while oscillating them laterally
Additionally, the fore-head shade, being somewhat obtrusive, has been accordingly trimmed

Within the fabrication profile, nose pads capable of articulation along both the X and Y axes have been incorporated
※2025/7/3
・The dimensions of the accessory mount insertion component have been calibrated to ensure a steadfast engagement
・Two distinct nose pad configurations have been integrated into the model file: one offering purely horizontal articulation, and another providing both vertical and horizontal maneuverability
・The aperture of the nose pad's articulating section has been expanded to facilitate easier insertion onto the connecting rod
(While optimally suited for PLA, a looser fit may be observed when utilizing PETG)
※2025/8/2
・The aperture and contour of the nose pads have been refined to ensure a more effortless insertion and enhanced retention
*The utilization of these nose pads necessitates the prior removal of the original nose pad component
Furthermore, for secure fixation, insertion into the dedicated Xreal Eye socket is imperative
*The optimal fit of the nose pads is subject to individual variation, contingent upon the distinct morphology of one's nasal structure
*The employment of the light shade mandates its insertion into the aperture located on the underside of the accompanying nose pads; consequently
the exclusive use of the provided nose pads becomes a prerequisite
