This is a relaxation ball I designed for muscle relief. I originally found a similar product online but decided to model and print my own version to better suit my needs.
The shape is a regular tetrahedron, inspired by ergonomic principles. It’s stable when placed on the bed or floor and is ideal for relaxing the legs, lower back, and other muscle groups.
The structure is simple, easy to print and carry—great for everyday use.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: ABS
- No supports needed
- Infill: 20%–30%
- Layer height: 0.2mm
