Cat Rattle Toy Ball

Do you like cats? Do you like fun? Do you like endless sleepless nights?! Then the Cat Rattle Toy Ball is 24/7 fun for your cat! No supports or glue are needed. Assembles using a locking pin to securely connect both ball halves together. 

Because every spool of filament can vary in composition, you may have to adjust the locking pin slot/hole size using the X-Y hole compensation setting. I suggest adjusting the setting by (+/-) .1mm increments to get the best fit and to make it easier to assemble.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Firmly insert the locking pin into a ball half making sure that the notch is oriented correctly. Half of the pin should be exposed after insertion.
2. Insert the alignment ring into the outer channel of that same ball half.
3. Add rattle bits.
4. Now align the other ball half with the alignment ring and locking pin. Make sure that the notch on the locking pin is oriented correctly.
5. Push both halves together firmly. They should be both flush with each other.
