Freestyle Libre 3 Sensor Dispenser

This dispenser features four compartments, holding up to sixteen sensors in their original packaging

The design allows for easy visibility of expiration dates and batch numbers

Employs a first-in, first-out system to prevent sensor expiry

Functionality:

Fill the dispenser from bottom to top with the oldest sensor first, arranging sensors in ascending order of expiration date

The retrieval slider (green) facilitates convenient sensor removal, allowing the next sensor to slide down

Compartments 2, 3, and 4 are initially sealed by red stoppers

Once the first compartment is empty, stopper 4 moves to the empty compartment, stopper 3 to the position of stopper 4, and stopper 2 to the position of stopper 3, and so on

The retrieval slider can then be inserted into the previous compartment 2 to access and remove sensors from that compartment

This allows the “new” compartment 4 to be refilled immediately upon sensor resupply, ensuring a smooth, continuous operation

To conserve time and filament, numbers are printed separately (optional)

Internal support is required within the red stoppers to ensure the printed numbers fit snugly; consider securing them with a small drop of adhesive if needed
