I wanted to bake a carrot cake for the weekend, but couldn't find any marzipan carrots in the store, so I simply dyed raw marzipan and created this mold. Version 2 (without the greenery) is much better, as it makes removing the dough from the mold easier. For the greenery, I simply formed a few balls and stuck them onto the carrot. The whole thing was more of an experiment and was great fun.

Another advantage is that the mold can be scaled to create enormous (or tiny) carrots.

I plan to connect the parts with a hinge soon, which will make removing the dough easier and keep both parts together.

Have fun! 🥕🍰👨🍳👩🍳
