Tiger MCS-A50 series thermal mug clasp, MCS-A501, has been tested. Available.

Don't panic if your Tiger thermal mug clasp breaks, just print a replacement. Those with the capability can use a 0.2 nozzle; I used the included 0.4 nozzle, resulting in a slightly rougher finish.

100% infill is recommended for clasp strength. It's advisable to print at an angle; you can experiment with other angles as well.

The lid replacement process is documented on Xiaohongshu; the account name is the same as my Maker World account; simply search for it.

Installation Note:

If the clasp doesn't fit tightly after installation, check for warping at the two clasp points. Due to angled printing, this area is prone to warping; use a knife to flatten any warped areas.
