Description
Right-sided waste chute and collection bucket for the H2D
- open, easily accessible design
- mounted with 3 screws, I used the 3 × 16 screws from the AMS2 transport lock, alternatively standard M3 × 15/16
- The collection funnel should be slightly compressed at the top when mounting it on the printer, as it is inserted into the ejection chute
- Collection bin included, own bins up to a height of 100mm can also be used
- A pre-sliced G-code is available under "Download STL"
Tips and Tricks: Dull or matte filaments are not recommended for the chute. Additionally, I was able to reduce clogs by spraying release agent (I used silicone lubricant) onto a cloth before assembly and rubbing it on the inside of the chute
I have revised the chute model as some users experienced a waste jam. It is slightly wider, and the area under the ejection opening is more open and steeper, which hopefully eliminates the accumulation of waste. Please report if problems persist, preferably with photos
