Description
Hello, here I have built a rotary for the XTOOL M1 (remix)
The chuck comes from Andy1957.
The original model from Piwi (3.C.L) https://makerworld.com/de/models/933120-diy-laser-rotary-with-chuck#profileId-897408, I have obtained permission to publish it.
I printed some parts from PLA+, some from XPETG, others from TPU 95A.

2 x M6x16 countersunk screws
2 x M6 nut

4 x M3x12 countersunk screws
Belt tensioner
3 x M4x10 countersunk screws

Drive
Pulley 20 T 5mm diameter
Pulley 80 T 8mm diameter (I bored 5mm to 7mm and cut an M8 thread)
GT2 250-6 belt
Shaft
1 x M8x50 screw
1 x M8 nut
1 x 8mm small U-washer
2 x 608 RS bearings
Shaft → Chuck
5 x M3x8 countersunk screws
Chuck
1 x M4x16 countersunk screw
1 x M4 nut (a pause in the print is set to insert the nut)
I used ruthex weld nuts.

Stepper Motor Standard 1.8°
Stepper Motor Cable (usually included with the motor)

1 x M8x125 screw (full thread) or threaded rod
3 x M8 nut (2 x if screw is used)
4 x M3x12 countersunk screws
2 x M8x16 (head doesn't matter)
2 x 8mm small U-washer
4 x 608RS bearings
3 x M8 weld nut

Stepper Motor
See the documentation for the pin configuration and adjust accordingly.
If the stepper motor stutters, reverse polarity.
If it rotates the wrong way, swap A+ and B+.
