Description
The standard mount does not allow the FCU and EFIS to be mounted at a 90° angle while being screwed into the wooden surface below. It can only be mounted using adhesive tape.
Since this is not a satisfying solution—especially for a home cockpit build—I have created this mounting bracket. It can be screwed to the back of the FCU and EFIS using the provided standard screws. This bracket then allows you to securely attach the entire segment to your base plate or table using a wood screw and a washer of your choice.
