Replacement propeller hub for the Volantex Phoenix 1600 / 2000 / 2400 motorized gliders.
🧠 Why I made it:
The stock hub can wear or crack under higher loads or crashes — especially with 4S batteries. So designed this replacement piece.
⚙️ Material tips:
- 🥇 Best: PAHT-CF, PC-CF, or PET-CF — these can handle 4S setups safely - using mine with PET-CF for extended time.
- 🥈 Acceptable: PETG, but use only with 3S batteries.
- 🚫 Avoid PLA — it might survive for a while, but will eventually fail under stress.
