“The Impossible Vise”
– A 3D Precision Challenge with 0.15mm Tolerances! 🔧
Do you dare to tackle a print that tests *mechanical limits and precision*? This **self-locking vise with integrated centering pin** is designed to *challenge* your 3D printer’s capabilities and your post-production skills.
### 📌 Why is it “IMPOSSIBLE”?
- **Infernal Tolerances**: Only **0.15mm** between moving parts (vise, M10 screw printed *directly into the hole*, and vertical sliding axis).
- **Functional M10 Screw Printed In-Situ**: Already incorporated into its housing during printing – *no traditional assembly*!
- **Centering Pin Axis with Printed M3 Screw Locking**: Two adjustable side threads to secure the axis without play.
- **Compatibility with Wood/Light Metal**: Quick attachment to boards, with a pressure system *without slippage*.

### 🛠 Technical Details:
- **Recommended Material**: PLA+/PETG (no flexibles!).
- **Layer height**: Max 0.2mm (0.15mm for the screw).
- **Post-processing**: Light cleaning with an 8mm tip in the centering pin axis.
⚠️ **Caution**: This print *does not forgive* approximate calibrations! If your extrusion is not perfect, the screw will jam.
