Boost Me (for free)

If you enjoy my designs, you can support my work with a boost!

If you operate the printer in heating mode, this design has to be printed with PETG, ABS or other heat resistant materials. Do not use PLA. Filament purge also is more likely to stick to PLA. Because of the height limitation, the poop can pile up at the ramp before it's completely full. I don't recommend this design if you plan to do many large AMS based multi color prints.

Update: There are now lids available - They can reduce smell from filaments like ABS or during laser operation.

This is a compact poop chute for the Bambu Lab H2D / H2S / H2C. It was optimized for printing, with only a tiny support required at the start of the ramp. It's available in two sizes, and there are versions with and without logo.

When I designed this, my first priority was to not block the air vents on the back of the machine. I noticed that many designs simply ignore these, but the printer actually has a rather high airflow there during operation, and I didn't like the idea of blocking them and cause a potential heat buildup.

Because of the fundamental size limitation of this concept, this poop chute will not gather as much poop as others - but the ramp goes as far into the printer as possible to maximize the volume. Also, this design is very spill proof and easy to handle if you take it off, so emptying it is very convenient. If you print a lot of AMS multi color prints, I don't recommend this design as it will fill faster than others alternatives.

Magnets are required for mounting, and you might need to fix them with a drop of glue. I added holes for D6x3, D8x3 and D10x3 magnets. In my tests, D6x3 had a secure fit. Slightly thinner magnets might work as well.
