The ultimate 4l Filamentbox perfect for TPU

I tried a few different inlays for the 4l Filament box but I was never fully satisfied with the performance. Specially on the models with two rollers on the bottom the filament spools kept slipping off the edge and endet up jammed. I then found a model on the Bambu Wiki from which I used the concept and made this model. It focuses on reducing the drag as much as possible wich is helpful for all filaments but necessary for TPU, specially the softer ones (<95A Shore).

I've tested this model with a wide variety of filament rolls which all worked. 

Print setting:

The axle has to be printed in PETG to ensure the necessary flexibility. All other parts can be printed in any common material. I recommend PETG or PLA. If you use a 0.6 nozzle the axle will be to stiff.

Materials: 

You need two 608 bearings and a standard PC4 M10 PTFE fitting.

Assembly:

Assembly is minimal, just screw the fitting in the printed threads and mount the two bearings on the axle (this should be a light press fit).

Checked this link on the 13.3.26 . Be careful, there are similär looking boxes which don't fit.
